Last April I wrote about NINA, a pop star from Germany based in London who, at the time, had just released her debut EP Beyond Memory – a kaleidoscopic collection that bore the fruits of working in a studio with electropop production giant Richard X. Fast forward fourteen months and NINA’s now been working with Grammy-winning sound engineer Liam Nolan (Adele, Clean Bandit, Ellie Goulding) but she’s lost none of her celestial sheen. New single One of Us acts as the introduction to her second EP of the same name, and its another transcendent tapestry of interwoven synths, spacey beats and ethereal vocals.
